I'm a coach and mentor, and my mission is to help women live BIG, BOLD, BEAUTIFUL lives on their own terms, in their own truth, with full confidence in who they are.

I know what it feels like to look like you've got it all together on the outside while quietly questioning yourself underneath it all. I've walked that road. I've done the inner work. And I've come out the other side. Not because someone fixed me, but because I finally learned to trust myself.

Month One

Foundations & Awareness

Understanding where you are and why

Session 1
Vision Mapping & Expansion

We begin with where you want to go.

Together, we create a compelling vision for your life — your own internal sat nav — and get radically honest about the patterns and stories that have kept you from fully living it. This is where the shift begins.

  • Clarifying what a confident, fully inhabited life actually looks like for you
  • Identifying the rules and narratives that have kept you playing small
  • Creating a personal permission slip to want more without apology
  • Beginning to reconnect with the version of you that already exists beneath the self-doubt
Session 2
Understanding Your Confidence Patterns & Inner Critic

Where does your self-doubt actually come from? Together, we go beneath the surface to understand the deeper patterns driving your inner critic, so you can interrupt the cycle instead of being run by it.

  • Mapping your unique confidence story and where it began
  • Understanding the inner critic and beginning to change your relationship with it
  • Nervous system awareness and why your body is central to confidence
  • Identifying avoidance patterns and gently building safer experiences of courage
  • Learning why confidence isn't built by perfection, but by self-trust

Identity & Action

Rebuilding who you believe yourself to be

Session 3
Rebuilding Self-Belief & Rewriting Your Story

You are not the story you've been telling yourself. This session focuses on dismantling the old narrative and building something truer in its place. We work with evidence, not empty affirmation.

  • Challenging limiting beliefs using real evidence from your own life
  • Exploring the version of you who already exists beneath the self-doubt
  • Rewriting your personal narrative from one of fear and shrinking into one of possibility and self-trust
  • Strengthening your internal authority and learning to back yourself
Session 4
Social Confidence, Boundaries & Courageous Expression

This is where we bring the work into real life. We focus on the conversations, relationships and situations where confidence is tested most.

  • Practising confidence in the situations that challenge you most
  • Setting and holding boundaries without guilt
  • Expressing yourself more honestly and courageously
  • Taking meaningful action with support beside you
  • Learning how to stay with yourself when discomfort arises instead of abandoning yourself

Expansion & Integration

Embodying Your New Confident Identity

Confidence doesn't just live in the mind. It lives in the body. This session is about fully inhabiting the new version of you. How you carry yourself. How you speak. How you enter a room. How you relate to your own life.

  • Integrating your new identity into the way you move, speak and show up
  • Expanding your capacity to be seen without shrinking
  • Exploring what fully stepping into yourself looks and feels like

Resilience, Integration & Sustaining Your Change

This final session is about making the transformation sustainable. Life will still bring challenges, but you'll leave with the tools, awareness and self-trust to meet them differently.

Is this programme right for me?

If you're a woman who knows there's more to her; more confidence, more boldness, more full-on living, but keeps getting in her own way, this programme is for you. You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

We're not just talking about confidence. We're rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself. This work goes far beyond surface-level confidence strategies. We look at the deeper roots of self-doubt and work with mindset, identity, nervous system awareness, embodiment and practical action so the changes you create actually last. If you've ever felt like personal development "worked temporarily" but never fully stuck, this work is designed differently.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and takes place virtually via Zoom. Sessions are spaced approximately every 2 to 3 weeks across the 3-month programme, giving you time to integrate and practise what we explore together.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available, and I'm happy to discuss options with women who feel genuinely ready for this work.

What happens on the discovery call?

It's simply a relaxed 15-minute conversation. No pressure. No scripts. I'll ask you where you are right now, what you're longing to change, and what life could look like if you fully trusted yourself. Together, we'll get a feel for whether this work is the right fit for you.

How many people do you work with at once?

I keep this work intentionally intimate and only work with a small number of women at a time. That allows me to offer every client the depth, presence and support this work deserves. If you feel called to this programme, I encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later.
